Automated Catalyst Loading v2

Lightweight (20kg), easy to mount with an Atlas Copco pneumatic engine to ensure a stable rotation of up to 250 rpm, this automated loading machine can be installed within 30mm on trays or manhole. It is fully adjustable, allowing any kind of tray configurations. Tripod system with handle adjustment and lock device makes it simple to set up, and operation with Air or Nitrogen Aluminium parts, decreases maintenance requirements. In addition, high resolution video camera, sensors and our software ensure a perfect view of the bed and allows recording, instant viewing, real-time monitoring and analytics via EasyDense AIMS software.

LOADING SPEED: Loading speed is fully adaptable to reactor diameter to ensure a maximum density with speed of up to 10m3 per hour.

DISTRIBUTION: 3 rotating plates of double elliptic shape allow load bed from 1.8m to 5 m diameter. Over 20 different distribution points ensure easy control and even bed flatness, up to 300 mm below trays.
